Printer Kaos adalah printer yang dapat langsung mencetak ke kaos tanpa pemanasan.
Di waktu lalu sebuah kaos atau kain di cetak menggunakan teknologi sablon manual, namun seiring perkembangan waktu munculah teknologi transfer paper dan tinta sublim yang prosesnya di cetak pada kertas lalu di panaskan ke kaos atau kain sehingga tercetaklah image ke kaos atau kain tersebut. Kini saatnya urusan mencetak di kaos atau kain menjadi mudah – instan dengan menggunakan teknologi sablon digital, atau nama alatnya printer kaos – Direct to Garment. Hal ini terjadi karena tersedianya tinta textile yang kompatibel dengan teknologi printhead, sehingga aman buat printhead.

Pada dasarnya mencetak kaos dengan printer kaos atau printer dtg membuka peluang usaha cetak kaos instan tidak perlu menunggu lama, tanpa film dan separasi warna langsung dari data image yang ada di komputer. Misalnya Anda ingin membuat sebuah cetakan gambar wajah atau pemain bola pada kaos atau kain, cukup siapkan gambar pemain bolanya di komputer – gambar boleh cari di google, lalu siapkan baju kaos, pasangkan di papan penghantar pada printer kaos, kirimkan file gambar pemain bola ke printer kaos atau printer dtg. Sekitar 3 menit kemudian sudah kelihatan hasilnya 1 kali cetak, namun jika di rasa hasilnya kurang memuaskan cetak aja lagi 2 kali cetak, lepaskan kaos dari papan penghantar angin-anginkan sekitar 1 sd 2 menit, kaos sudah siap digunakan – mau langsung di rendam air juga boleh, hehe.. tergantung tintanya juga ya, tinta dari KiosDigital.Com berani di buktikan tahan luntur.
